Shipping Terms
1. Shipping Overview
Kortagon LLC ships all orders from our fulfillment center located in Lexington, Kentucky. We currently process and dispatch physical product orders within the United States and, where available, to select international destinations.
By placing an order through the Kortagon platform, you acknowledge and accept these Shipping Terms, including estimated delivery windows, carrier limitations, and responsibilities relating to address accuracy and delivery access.
2. Order Processing Times
All orders are subject to payment verification and availability review before shipment. Standard processing times are as follows:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day
- High-volume releases, promotional periods, or inventory reconciliation may extend handling times
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Available shipping methods and estimated transit windows may vary depending on destination, package size, and carrier capacity.

All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier and selected at checkout as a guaranteed service.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, dimensional packaging requirements, and selected shipping speed.
- Shipping charges are displayed before order submission
- Additional remote-area surcharges may apply in certain regions
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import tax, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country
Unless otherwise stated, all customs-related charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Kortagon LLC is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
- Address modifications may not be possible after an order enters processing
- Returned packages caused by invalid address details may require additional postage before reshipment
- Orders refused or abandoned by the recipient may be subject to non-refundable shipping charges
6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order, when tracking is available from the selected carrier.
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier shall constitute evidence of completed shipment fulfillment. Kortagon LLC is not responsible for carrier scanning errors, local delivery misplacement after confirmation, or theft occurring after successful delivery unless otherwise required by law.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation interruptions, customs inspections, labor disruptions, carrier system outages, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Kortagon LLC.
Where practical, we will provide updated shipment information if carrier status changes materially.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost in transit, visibly damaged upon arrival, or marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact Kortagon LLC promptly for review.
- Damage claims should be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery
- Missing package claims should be reported within 7 calendar days of carrier-marked delivery
- Supporting documentation may be required, including photographs of packaging, shipping labels, and product condition
Claim outcomes may depend on carrier investigation results and eligibility under the carrier’s claims process.
9. International Shipping
For international shipments, the recipient is considered the importer of record unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items are lawful to import into the destination country.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included unless expressly stated
- Customs clearance delays are outside the control of Kortagon LLC
- Returned international shipments due to refusal, non-payment of duties, or regulatory rejection may be subject to partial refund only after deduction of shipping and recovery costs
10. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Kortagon LLC as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we may attempt to contact the customer using the order contact information provided.
Where reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost and any return handling or carrier recovery fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
11. Separate Orders and Split Shipments
Kortagon LLC reserves the right to ship items in multiple packages when necessary due to stock availability, package constraints, or fulfillment logistics. In such cases, separate tracking numbers may be issued.
Split shipments do not entitle the customer to additional compensation unless explicitly required by law or agreed in writing.
12. Changes to These Terms
Kortagon LLC may update these Shipping Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or carrier policy changes. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the latest revision.
Continued use of the Kortagon platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Shipping Terms.
