To place an order through Kortagon LLC you must:

• Have a valid United States shipping address
• Provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information
• Not be prohibited under applicable law from purchasing the products listed

Kortagon LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

4. Products and Pricing

All product specifications, including material grades, load ratings, dimensional data, and chemical compositions, are sourced from manufacturer documentation. While we strive for accuracy, Kortagon LLC does not warrant that all product descriptions are error-free.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order submission constitutes the final price for that transaction. Kortagon LLC reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an erroneous price and will issue a full refund in such cases.

5. Order Processing

Submission of an order through the Kortagon platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation reference number. Kortagon LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any stage of processing.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods. All orders are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Kortagon platform for any of the following purposes:

• Fraudulent orders or misrepresentation of payment information
• Unauthorized commercial resale without written agreement
• Scraping, data mining, or automated access to platform content
• Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

Kortagon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or platform, including but not limited to property damage resulting from improper installation, use beyond rated load specifications, or misapplication of chemical compounds.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
