Reserved for long-format structural products including the Kortagon Steel Rail System. Reinforced vertical supports and low-deflection shelf spans are used for dense steel inventory.
Zone 02
Tool Case Allocation
Dedicated to boxed chrome-moly tool sets and workshop accessories. Slots are arranged by weight class and package geometry for efficient carton selection.

Chemical Handling Bay
Temperature-managed storage for detailing solutions and protective coatings including SilicaGuard Pro Spray. Secondary containment and material separation protocols are applied.
Zone 04
Assembly and Pack Line
Final consolidation area where multi-item orders are inspected, stabilized, and packed for carrier compliance before dispatch release.

Fulfillment Sequence

01
Inbound Registration
Delivered stock is scanned, counted, and assigned a warehouse path based on product family, dimensional profile, and packaging sensitivity.
02
Slot Assignment
Each SKU is stored according to handling frequency and mass density. High-turn products remain closest to the active pick corridor for lower movement time.
03
Pick and Verification
Order components are scan-validated before packaging. Heavy goods receive reinforced carton supports, corner protection, and route-specific labeling.
04
Dispatch Release
Completed shipments are staged by carrier window and dispatch priority, then transferred to outbound handling with final audit confirmation.
